We happily accept PayPal as well as Etsy direct checkout.
I prefer PayPal, instant payments are easy to do! Even if you don’t have a PayPal account, you can still use than to make a secure payment with your credit card. Payment must be made within 3 days of purchase. Email me if you have any questions. I’m easy to work with.

About E-checks through Paypal:

If you are paying with an E-check, please know that they take 3-5 business days to clear and we cannot process or ship your order until it has cleared. If you are in a time crunch then PLEASE DO NOT USE E-CHECKS.

CHECK YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR ORDER:

We ship to the address that the buyer submits in PAYPAL only! This is the only way transactions are covered by Paypal insurance, It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure the address in Paypal is correct. Orders that are lost in shipment due to incorrect shipping info will not be refunded.
The buyer is responsible for any taxes, Customs charges or other charges incurred upon leaving USA, such as taxes.

Shipping

We use USPS Priority mail for domestic shipping, if you require another handling option, kindly let us know, we are happy to oblige, but please know that using other shipping venues will result in a substantially higher ship charge.
I ship by USPS First Class Mail. Yes, I ship anywhere they (the United States Post Office) will let me! If you want your package insured, please contact me before you pay so I can send you a new invoice.

REGARDING LOST OR MISSING ORDERS

If an order has been shipped within the US or via express international mail, then it will automatically have tracking information associated with it. If the tracking shows your order was delivered but you have not received it for some reason, then a missing package claim must be filed *by the buyer* with their post office in order to locate the package. If after 21 business days the package is still missing, it will be considered lost and we will proceed with sending replacements; refunds are not given in such cases, we will only replace the items purchased.

ATTENTION INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:

We are offering inexpensive shipping via international priority mail to all buyers across the globe.
These packages may or may not be tracked depending on the destination, and there is no insurance on these parcels.
Shipping time is typically 2-3 weeks

>Duty fees imposed by other countries are buyers responsibility. It is important for all international buyers to KNOW AND UNDERSTAND your local customs fees and rates, these are not extra postage fees, and we the seller are not responsible for these fees.

We cannot be responsible for international orders that are held up or go missing in customs.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you have any problems with my items that you have purchased we can work out any problems you may have. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required on custom orders.

This ensures that each and every specimen arrive safe, sound, and exactly as you see it on the site – no matter if the parcel’s journey is across town or around the world! If you have any special requests or requirements with regard to shipping please say so when ordering. Your happiness is of utmost importance to us and we will do our best to work with you in whatever way we can.

We do not ship to PO BOX addresses. Provide us with complete office/home address with contact number i.e. mobile or landline number.

 

COMBINE SHIPPING:

We offer you a combine shipping on per order if you buy more than one product we will ship the purchase as combine. Feel free to take advantage on combine shipment.

 

RETURN POLICY:

  • If you are not happy with your purchase we will accept return.
  • Up to 14 days after you received the item please e-mail us to arrange the refund.
  • We will refund immediately 100% your money upon receiving back the item.
